All you need
¼ cup Cookie Dough Cracked Nut Butter
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. soy sauce (or low-sodium alternative Bragg’s Liquid Amino’s)
½ tsp. cumin
1 tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red chili flakes
4 chicken breasts or 4 pork chops
All you do
Combine Cracked Nut Butter, hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, cumin, garlic, pepper and chili flakes in a bowl and stir until completely combined.
Rub on chicken or pork and allow to marinade for an hour or as long as overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until an internal temp of 165 degrees for chicken or 145 degrees for pork is reached.
This meat rub is also great on the grill!
