Cracked Oat Bars
• 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
• 12 oz. of Cracked Nut Butter cookie dough flavor-room temperature
• 1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
• 1 cup Let’s Do Organic large fancy shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
• 1/4 cup Chia seeds
• 1/4-1/2 cup organic virgin coconut oil-melted
Mix together thoroughly with hands and place in balls on wax or parchment paper and freeze OR spread in an 8 x 8
pan and freeze. Cut into squares and enjoy!
