Quick Sweet Potato Saute

All you need:
2 lbs. sweet potatoes, small dice
2 tbsp. butter
¼ cup honey
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 oz. bourbon
1 cup water or stock
½ cup cinnamon roll Cracked Nut Butter
All you do:
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sweet potatoes and cook for 3 minutes, or until a little darkened.
Stir in honey, cinnamon, bourbon, and water and cover and cook until softened (about 5 minutes.)
Toss with Cracked Nut Butter and enjoy!
